How can students earn money in this poor economy?

To be sure it’s not like it used to be, In my time I would finish college for the term and have a job waiting for me, the same job that I had all through college

I was chatting to a Matt my buddy earlier about how his son (Dean) was finding it really tough to secure a job for the summer holidays.  Dean studies out of the area and upon returning home for the break has found it impossible to secure a summer job … It seems like a lot off students are in the same boat according to Matt. Who is responsible for good behavior in your household?

When I was a lad there was no doubt at all in my mind  or of the mind of my two brothers (I’m Sure of it) that dad was the one who was going to ‘give us what for’ if we stepped out of line.

He used a leather belt to keep 3 boys in check. At school the cane was still an everyday threat along with Jimmy (the nick name given to the Deputy Headmasters old gym slipper)
